Refund Policy for Web Design and Related Services

Due to the nature of the work that web design entails, all Website design packages, once approved are final. Design mock-ups are typically created and approved by the client prior to work commencing. When a client approves a mock-up, it will need to be received either via email or fax. To protect both sides, verbal agreements are not accepted as a commitment. We will email the client a detailed contract that needs to be signed and returned with the payment and/or deposit (depending on the project) so that both parties are clear of all requirements before proceeding.

A contract may be negotiated before signing but must be adhered to once a signed agreement is complete. If you agree to the mock-up but fail to follow through on a contract and/or deposit, we retain the right to bill you for time taken to create the mock-ups at our regular hourly rate.

WordPress On The Go! may accept a refund request in some cases, at our discretion.

Return Policy for Related Services

Other services including, but not limited to Graphic Design, Web Maintenance and Development are typically customized projects. Each project will be evaluated individually in order to estimate the total project cost, based upon the unique needs of each client and project.

Chargebacks

If we receive a chargeback or payment dispute from a credit card company or bank, your service and/or project will be suspended without notice. A $50 chargeback fee, issued to recover fees passed on to us by the credit company, plus any outstanding balances accrued as a result of the chargeback(s) must be paid in full before service is restored, files delivered, or any further work is done.

If there is an issue, instead of issuing a chargeback, contact us to address any problems or billing issues. Requesting a chargeback or opening a dispute for a valid charge from us is fraud, and is never an appropriate or legal means of obtaining a refund.
